WorkBlocks – Privacy Policy

WorkBlocks ("the app") is a productivity timer app built around the Pomodoro technique. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data We Collect

WorkBlocks does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. There are no user accounts and no analytics.

All data generated by the app (session history, settings, block count) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage and is never sent anywhere.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

• Focus and break session history (start time, duration, completion status)
• App settings (timer durations, sound preferences, display options)
• Completed block count and daily focus time

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you use "Clear All Data" inside the app or uninstall the app.

Feedback Email

If you choose to send feedback via the in-app button, your device's email client opens with a pre-filled address. No data is sent automatically — sending an email is entirely optional and initiated by you.

Third-Party Services

WorkBlocks does not integrate any advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The app uses the following device-level APIs:

• Haptic feedback – vibration for session events (on-device only)
• Audio – plays notification sounds locally (no network access)
• In-App Review – Google's native review prompt (governed by Google's own privacy policy)

Children's Privacy

WorkBlocks does not collect any data from any users, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new date.
